To provide high quality exhibits within the I CAN Themed Areas, we are offering Naming Opportunities starting at $10,000. With these funds we are constructing nearly 15,000 sq. ft. of exhibits and supplying four classrooms, offices and more within 24,000 sq. ft. of space. Each gift confers a five year naming right with an opportunity to continue support for many years to come.

Hand Tiles

Create a lasting memory for your family. Children will create two hand tiles - one keepsake to take home and one to be permanently displayed in the first Discovery Place KIDS Museum located in Huntersville.

Make a gift of $250 in support of Discovery Place KIDS and receive two tiles from Our Paintin' Place near Northlake Mall. Once you complete your handprint tiles, one will hang forever at Discovery Place KIDS and one will be your keepsake.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities are available to assist with preparing for Museum opening. We always need help with finding in-kind donations for exhibit items, participating in community events, planning and hosting events, cultivating partners and much more.
