Feed your mind as you warm your toes at one of our new winter-themed Shows
– free with Museum admission. Find out who sleeps through the winter and who stays awake during our Science Show or contribute to our amazing Winter Wonderland decorations in I CAN Create studio – bring in your own recyclable materials or (yes, there’s more) catch the new Puppet Show, Home for the Holidays . NEW Holiday Gift Packs NOW Available
We’ve packed up the holidays for you in a cute as can be Discovery Place KIDS bag… ready for pick up are both Kid and Baby Holiday Packs.

The Kid Pack includes a Discovery Place KIDS, t-shirt, teddy bear or nightlight and two Museum tickets priced at a friendly $30. The Baby Pack includes a Discovery Place KIDS bib, sippy cup and two Museum tickets for $25.

Holiday Gift Packs are available at the Museums' Admissions.

Yee Haw! Join us this month for some fun on the farm. Play animal sound bingo, build a farm, paint with tails and eggs, and join in barnyard fun with the “Three Little Pigs”.

Remember to check out our Workshops on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. On November 23 we'll learn all about our favorite muddy farm friend the pig. Oink, Oink! Paint pig pictures, make pig noses and tails and much more. On November 30 little visitors can become farmers for a day. Decorate a straw hat, make "hay" art, sample fresh farm produce and learn just what it takes to make a farm operate.

Can Can’s Masquerade Ball on Friday night.
We all felt magically transformed for the Ball
with friends in costume and the Museum beautifully decorated.

We tap danced our way through a night of family fun,
experiencing our Museum through special activities
including mask-making, and birthday cake ‘baking’,
all in honor of Can Can and the Museum's first birthday.

We look forward to seeing everyone again next year and
hopefully many more new friends will join us as we work and play
toward ensuring the Museum’s mission and inspiring big ideas in our littlest visitors.
